Outages and degradations we have recorded, newest first. An incident is written up in our incident log when it happens and appears here on the next release.

  • 2026-09-17Workbench took about a minute to name its own tabs (tier 1 degradation, no outage); 6.73 s and 85 queries down to 1.29 s and 11
  • 2026-09-09A deploy minted a null uuid for users and a client retry loop multiplied the errors: 12% of three hours' requests were 5xx; fixed in twelve minutes, loop fixed 09-11 (written up 2026-10-15)
  • 2026-08-09The Queen's mailbox replied to one user's backlog in a loop until Gmail rate-limited it; loop stopped and a per-recipient cap added that night (written up 2026-10-15)
